Before making a claim
- Recheck all six digits and the denomination.
- Confirm the draw number, date and prize category in the official list.
- Keep the original bond safe and do not alter it.
- Contact National Savings or an authorized paying institution for current forms, identification and submission rules.
- Ask how withholding and payment method apply to your case.
