âšī¸ Important: The face value of the winning National Prize Bond is also paid along with the net prize money after tax. The face value is added separately to calculate the Final Amount Payable.
Gross prize money is your prize amount multiplied by the number of winning bonds. Net prize money is what remains after 15% filer or 30% non-filer tax. For Rs. 100, Rs. 200, Rs. 750 and Rs. 1,500 National Prize Bonds, the face value of your winning bond(s) is paid back on top of the net prize money. Premium Prize Bonds (Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 40,000) do not add face value.
